Seiji take care of People from overseas.
He lives in Yano town Aki ward Hiroshima city.
Unfortunately, several years ago, A  guy from Peru killed the first grade of Elementary school girl.
This matter gave THE BIG SHOCK to People from overseas in Yano area.
This town, a lot of conservative people lived.
And they always say,
"We don't like foreign people."
Seiji shouted to them,
"Don't say such a thing. Many Peruvian , Brazilian and other foreign people live in this town."
But, they never heard Seiji's opinion.
Yano town has a special history.
